Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this line by flagging the metro at Botanical Garden Station this afternoon. Travelers on the Magenta Line will be able to travel in the subway from Monday evening. On this occasion, several ministers including UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and DM MARC Managing Director Dr. Mangu Singh will be present. According to the DMRC, this line will be opened for the common travelers after 5 o'clock in the evening after the inauguration.
Passengers on this line will be able to travel from Kalkaji to the metro between Botanical Gardens. The journey of 12 kms is completed in about 18 minutes. Right now, DMRC has decided to run 10 metro on this line. Two Metro will be reserved in Botanical Gardens and Kalkaji. If necessary, these trains will also be run.
Now Metro service will be available every 5 minutes. In the future, this time will decrease between one and a half to two minutes. Now on this line, the Metro will travel only 9 stations. The 38-kilometer long magenta line will be open from June 2018. After this, there will be a total of 25 metro stations between Janakpuri West and Botanical Gardens.
Who will get relief from.
The Kalkaji-Botanical Garden Metro Station route on Magenta Line will start on Monday. This will provide relief to the people of South Delhi, Faridabad and Noida. However, the major portion of Delhi and the gurugramas will benefit from the introduction of Hauzkhas Metro on this line. After the interchange of magazines in Hauzkhas on the Magazine line, the distance of Gurudeva from Noida will be reduced from 90 to 50 minutes. After this line, you will not need to sit in Blue Line by coming to Rajiv Chowk through Yellow Line from Gurujram.
People will be able to change the metro from Hauzkhas Metro station and reach the direct Botanical Garden via Magenta Line. After the start of this new route, there will be 9 stations to be crossed between Noida and Gururgram. To reach Hauzkhas Metro station from Botanical Garden, only 22 stations have to be crossed. These 9 stations are on the Yellow Line and 13 stations are on Blue Line Metro.
But, after the launch of the new line, only 13th station Botanical Garden will be from Hauzkhas Metro Station. With the launch of this line, people will have two options to go from Janakpuri West to Botanical Garden. He can choose Blue Line or Magenta Line for this journey.
